  Treat the guide and other participants with respect throughout the experience

Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult. By booking on behalf of a minor, the accompanying adult accepts responsibility for the minor's conduct and safety during the walk.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited:

  Damaging, removing, or interfering with objects, structures, or natural elements at any shrine or site visited

  Recording video or taking photographs in areas where this is restricted by shrine rules

• —

  Using content from this website for commercial purposes without written authorisation

  Misrepresenting an affiliation with Horizon Forge Panel or claiming to offer walks or services on our behalf

  Attending a walk while intoxicated or in a state that would put yourself or others at risk

4. Liability and warranties

Horizon Forge Panel provides this website and its services on an "as is" basis. While reasonable care is taken to ensure the accuracy of information presented, no warranty is given as to its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon Forge Panel excludes liability for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Horizon Forge Panel, its guides, and any associated parties from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of this website or your participation in a walk, to the extent that such claims result from your own conduct or failure to comply with these terms.

6. Force majeure

Horizon Forge Panel will not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disaster, public health restrictions, or government directives affecting access to shrine sites.

7. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us directly in the first instance so that we may seek to resolve the matter informally. Most questions and concerns can be addressed through a straightforward conversation.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kyoto, Japan, in accordance with the laws of Japan.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be removed or amended to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9. Modifications to these terms
